Terms and Conditions
By making a reservation or staying with us, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.
1. Booking and Confirmation
All bookings are subject to room availability and confirmation by the property.
Reservations can be made directly via our official website, phone, email, or through authorized booking platforms.
A valid email address and contact number must be provided at the time of booking.
Guests are required to present a valid passport or national ID at check-in.
2. Rates and Payments
All room rates are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and United States Doller (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice.
The rates are per room, per night, and include applicable government taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment can be made via cash, bank transfer, or accepted credit cards.
For special promotional or non-refundable bookings, the full payment may be charged at the time of booking.
3. Check-In and Check-Out Policy
Check-in time: 1:00 PM
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be granted based on availability and may incur additional charges.
Guests must present a valid form of identification at check-in.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation terms are as follows:
Free cancellation up to 7 days before the scheduled check-in date.
Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged 50% of the total booking amount.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival or in case of a no-show will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
Non-refundable bookings or special promotional rates are not eligible for refunds.
For group bookings (3 rooms or more), cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will incur a 50% charge, and within 7 days, 100%.
5. Guest Responsibilities
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and common areas.
Pets are not allowed on the property.
The use of illegal drugs, weapons, or any disruptive behavior is not permitted.
Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and care of the property and its furnishings.
Any damage caused to hotel property during the stay will be charged to the guest’s account.
6. Children and Extra Beds
Children are welcome at the property.
Extra beds or baby cots are available on request, subject to availability and additional charges.
Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.
7. Liability Disclaimer
Heritage Kandy City Bungalow is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during your stay.
Guests are encouraged to use in-room safety lockers (if available) or hand valuables to the reception for safekeeping.
The property is not liable for injuries, accidents, or illnesses that occur on the premises, except in cases of proven negligence.
